Background
The Engineering Endowment Fund provides support for ideas that can improve the Faculty of Engineering. Staff, students, and alumni are all contributers to the Fund. Each year, as the Fund grows it is invested, the principle never being spent, and the income from the returns is made available to the staff, students, and alumni. But it's not that easy to get!
- First you have to have a good idea for how the Fund can be used, and the conviction to see it through.
- Then you have to write up a proposal and submit it to the Engineering Endowment Fund Advisory Committee
What does the Committee consider to be a good idea? To answer just that question, they have put together a list of the kinds of ideas they are looking for.
